Information
The wire thread inserts are rolled from high quality stainless
steel wire with a diamond shaped cross section, wound to the shape
of a spring thread. Once the insert is installed into a tapped
hole, it provides a permanent and wear resistant thread in the
parent material designed to be stronger than the original thread.
Use
1, the locking type steel wire screw sleeve can lock the screw in
the thread hole, in the impact of vibration so that the screw will
not loosen, better than the usual locking device process
performance.
2. Compared with inlaid steel or copper bushing method, smaller
size and higher strength screws can be selected under the same
strength condition, so as to reduce the volume and reduce the
weight.
3, the hardness of steel wire screw sleeve is higher than the
screw, so it can be used repeatedly in the process of assembling
and disassembling with the screw. According to relevant
experimental studies, the tensile strength of wire screw sleeve is
more than 7 times that of screw, so the wire screw sleeve will not
be damaged in the case of screw fracture.
